¼ cup dried minced onion
1 ½ tsp ground mustard
1 ½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
1 sleeve ritz crackers
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 cup whole milk
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 lbs 90% lean ground beef
Preheat oven to 350°.
Combine onion, mustard, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Crumble crackers into pea-sized pieces and add to mixture.
Stir in eggs, milk, and worcestershire until well mixed.
Pull the beef into shreds and add to mixture, tossing and folding gently with clean hands until fully incorporated.
Turn mixture into a greased, oven-proof dish and gently shape as desired.
Bake at 350° for 30-45 minutes (depending on thickness), or until juices run clear and top is well browned.
